A user of the Linguido platform may be both a natural person and a legal person.

Opening an account on the Linguido platform is free of charge. By creating a new account, the User gains access to the basic functions of the platform and to the limited amount of content available on the platform.

7) Complaints

  • signature of the person submitting the complaint and date?.

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the written notification, unless the relevant regulations specify? another date.

In special cases, i.e. when the processing of the notification requires unusual, specific actions? and arrangements? on the part of the Service Provider or encounters objective obstacles, independent and not attributable to the Service Provider, the date of recognition of the notification may be extended, but not longer than by 14 days.

In a situation where it is necessary to obtain additional explanations from the User to consider the application, the time limit for responding for notification is additionally extended by the time of providing explanations? by the User.

8) Principles for dealing with complaints and redress

9) Final provisions

The service provider reserves the right to introduce changes to these Regulations, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
